What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please call us if you're unable to locate an item.
Can I reactivate an order that has been voided/cancelled?
No, you have to re-order online.
What is priority processing?
You will receive priority processing if you select Fast Production Delay during checkout. This means that your order will move to the front of the line to be handled immediately. Depending on the item(s) you order, this can reduce your processing time by up to 1 week, thus allowing your package to be shipped out faster.Additional charges apply. This option is available on selected products only. Please refer to the product page which you are interested to learn more or contact us.
How to track my order?
When your order is completed, we will email you your order confirmation.
You can track your order by sending us an email or contacting us.
When your order is shipped out, we send you a Shipping Notification email. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation email. If tracking service is available, we include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email (if you do not receive a tracking number, then tracking service is not available for your package). Delivery will occur between Monday and Friday.
* The shipping confirmation email may come from external platforms (having no header connected to our brands), for example, Flagship.
If you want to make sure to receive the tracking #, just send us an email and we will put a note on your order. We will send you an email when your order will be shipped out.
Can I cancel my order?
An order may be cancelled on condition that no work has been completed for that order. However, an order cannot be cancelled if and when:
> The graphic design or artwork verification is in process our is finished
> The order has been sent to production
> The ordered item has been printed
> The order is already packaged
> The order is en route to you
> The order has been delivered
In such cases, please understand that we are unable to cancel any orders and the customer shall be charged in full.

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?
No. Once an order is submitted it can only be amended or edited by contacting us. Once your product began to be manufactured, items cannot be modified or deleted. Once any box from an order is shipped, the order cannot be voided.
How much is the setup charge for orders?
We don't believe in charging the customer setup fees.
We like to delete costs where we can to help the customer put the money elsewhere.
We want to make happy our customer. However, if your artwork does not meet our requirements, fees may apply.
What is you turnaround time for your products?
Our turnaround time vary from product to product.
Remember that we send your order to production after we have received full payment and it was approved.
Furthermore, to calculate the time you need to add production time and delivery time for an idea.
Please note that times quoted for each product type is an average time and are not guarantee.
What resolution should my images be?
Main rule the resolution of your image has to be 300 dpi definitive dimensions.
Large format, the resolution of your image has to be 150 dpi in the definitive dimensions.
Can you supply a proof?
Yes, but you must know that it may increase the production time a lot.
