Am I eligible for free shipping?

Standard shipping is free in Canada and the United States on purchases of $250 or more.

If the purchase amount, before taxes, is less than $250, a fee of $15.95 will be applied.
However, this does not apply to certain remote regions:

  • Alberta, Canada
  • British Columbia, Canada
  • Manitoba, Canada
  • New Brunswick, Canada
  • Nova Scotia, Canada
  • North of Ontario, Canada
  • Saskatchewan, Canada
  • Quebec: Fermont and surrounding areas, Étang-du-Nord, Labrador, Northern Quebec, Chibougamau
  • Any other remote region for which additional fees apply.

Delivery fees may apply, and we will contact you regarding this.

Due to extra care charges from carriers, boxes must be less than 47 in. long. The maximum width of 1 wall mural panel is 44" (since when packaged the box will be 47" long). On request, we can print a maximum width of 50 in., however, an additional fee of $24.95 will be charged since the box will exceed 47 in. long. This fee is added to the delivery fee of $15.95 if you ordered for an amount less than $250 before taxes.

For industrial/commercial products, shipping is free to commercial addresses. Fees may apply if you have the merchandise delivered to a residential address. We may also charge additional fees if the product is very heavy or bulky.

Free shipping is eligible for orders that meet a minimum purchase amount. This minimum amount is indicated on our website and in the shopping cart. Please refer to it.

Printed products can be combined with other printed products to qualify for free shipping. Non-printed accessories such as display equipment, acrylic stands, installation tools, spacers, hardware, and other out-of-stock products cannot be combined for free shipping.

Shipping fees for promotional items are not included. Therefore, our free shipping policy does not apply to these items.

For rigid substrate sheets exceeding 4 ft x 4 ft or more and shipped by pallet, additional shipping fees may apply. If the delivery is in a remote area or if it is residential, or if you do not have a loading dock or forklift to unload the truck, additional fees may be charged based on what the transportation company bills us.

For industrial/commercial products on our site, if the set is shipped to a residential address, additional fees may apply if large trucks cannot access and/or deliver to the location. For heavy and oversized products, additional shipping fees may also apply. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift to unload the merchandise, additional fees may be charged.

Coupons are not included in the calculation of the minimum purchase amount for free shipping. For example, if you made a purchase of $104.00 with a $6.00 coupon, the amount of $98.00 will be used to calculate the minimum purchase amount for free shipping.

If your package has already been shipped and you wish to change the delivery address (different from what is listed on your order), a $25.00 fee will be charged without notice, whether through us or the carrier.

If you need to make a change of address, please inform us as soon as possible to avoid the shipment of the package.

What should I do if my package is damaged during delivery by the carrier?

Check inside the box if the product is damaged.

If it is damaged, you must refuse the package to the carrier or at least ensure that the delivery person notes the incident in their system and contact us to inform us.

If you have accepted the package, please take pictures of the packaging and the product and send them to us by email. It is important to keep the damaged packaging and product until we inform you that it is no longer necessary, as carriers may request to retrieve the package.

Is it possible to ship your products to my country?

Generally, we only deliver to Canada and the United States.

However, please contact us and we will check if it is possible and the associated shipping fees.

Are there any customs or tax fees to pay for international deliveries?

For sales outside of Canada and the United States, as each country has its own policies regarding imports, there are different standards for customs fees, taxes, and other fees related to transport. Therefore, the customer is fully responsible for all fees associated with their package, including customs fees, taxes, transport fees, etc. For more information, please contact your local customs office to find out the applicable policies.

How is my package packaged?

The quality of the packaging we send you is our priority, and the materials we use to package our products reflect our commitment to you.

Your items are wrapped with protective paper and packed in a cardboard box.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is usually 1 to 5 business days (in addition to the production time) depending on the delivery location.

The delivery time may be extended, and we are not responsible for any additional delays caused by carriers, even if it is a rush order. When you opt for expedited delivery, the delivery time is added to the production time.

How does parcel delivery work? Is it safe if I'm not at home?

When we ship our parcels, we usually require our customers' signature upon receiving the package. Since the pandemic, carriers do not always ask for a signature at the delivery even if we ask it. If you would like it to be delivered without a signature, please let us know by email or phone.

We cannot determine or predict the delivery truck's arrival time. It is also not possible to make an appointment with the driver.

When we ship your order, an email containing the tracking number and the selected transport company will be sent to you. Please also check your spam folder.

If you are not at home during the delivery, carriers usually make 2 delivery attempts. Then, the package is left at the nearest warehouse to your location. It is your responsibility to track your shipment with the transport company. If you find that your package is being held at the carrier's warehouse, please contact them AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to arrange for the next steps in your delivery. It is important, if you receive a notice, to contact them within 3 business days of that notice, otherwise the package may be returned to us.

If the package is returned to us, a re-shipping fee of $24.95 will apply because we have to pay for the return and new shipping, and this without notice.

If you need to be away for a long period, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can hold the package at our warehouse until your return to avoid package returns.

Deliveries are made on weekdays (Monday to Friday) during the day. If you are not at home during the day, you can have your order delivered to another address, such as your workplace, a friend's or family member's who is present during the day. If you are available on specific days during the week, please let us know and we will arrange for the delivery to be made on those days. Even if we put a note on the parcel, the delivery man may not respect it and we are not responsible for that. You can also request to be notified when your order is ready to be shipped to arrange for a delivery day.

How to track my order?

When your order is completed, we will email you your order confirmation. You can track your order by login into your account, sending us an email or contacting us.

When your order is shipped out, we send you a Shipping Notification email. The shipping method and carrier for your package will be listed in your account and in your shipment confirmation email. If tracking service is available, we include the tracking number in your Shipping Notification email (check your spam box if you don't receive our communications). Delivery will occur between Monday and Friday.

* The shipping confirmation email may come from external platforms (having no header connected to our brands).

If you want to make sure to receive the tracking #, just send us an email and we will put a note on your order. We will send you an email when your order will be shipped out.
